3D GAME DESIGNER Job Title : 3D Game DesignerJob Description :We are looking for a game designer with a passion for all genres of games, a knack for coding and storytelling, and an understanding of the industry, market and target audiences. You should possess a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the games industry and game design (learning curve, directing the player, difficulty levels, balancing, pacing, motivation & reward cycle, accessibility)Responsibilities : Creating well-documented designs and fun game play features for a breakthrough game. Work closely with narrative design to ensure the story is carried out well throughout each level. Iterating, play-testing and analyzing user feedback and social metrics to adjust game play and design to continuously push the boundaries of the games design and feature set. Conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings and stories for new games. Pitching new game ideas to executives and clients. Prototyping new games. Building three-dimensional elements of the project, including characters, landscapes and visual effects Using a combination of hand-drawings and computer software to create graphics Developing design and gaming protocols.
