We are looking for Unity Programmer with experience and expertise in Unity 3D, C# and C++, Node js development process.As a developer, you will be working closely in Technical and develop and provide solutions in the process of creating games by maintaining high coding standards.Responsibilities: Be involved in the process of creating technical design and technical architecture of the game and single features Proactive involvement in ensuring top-notch code quality Design, implement, maintain and optimize game and engine systems in C#, C++, Node js Identify risks and opportunities presented during the development and provide solutions to resolve potentially complex problemsQualification 1 years of game development experience Master, Bachelor or equivalent in computer science or engineering (desirable) Strong programming skills in C#, C++, JS node Strong experience with Unity 3D. Experience working on virtual reality game projects is a big plus Experience in developing unity plugins is a big plus Proficient in refactoring and optimizing existing systems Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Understanding of multi-threaded principles Ability to work efficiently with a large, existing code base Knowledge of low-level system architecture Knowledge of software development environments and associated tools. (i.e. Visual Studio, Perforce, JIRA) Strong reporting and documentation skills Fluent in English, both verbally and written Great communication skills and a positive attitudeDesired Skills Good grasp of C++ and memory management. RESPONSIBILITIES : Implement game functionality as per the communicated design. Translate design specifications into a functional game. Communicate with other team members to establish an effective pipeline and integrate mediaassets. Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code. Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of Games and Applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problems. Help maintain code quality, organization and automation.REQUIREMENTS : Design & develop data, and code following direction from programming leads. Work independently to implement new functionality in games and tools. Ability to adapt quickly to new coding environments and programming standards. Work on other programmers' coding, fixing bugs and implementing features. Able to create standalone tools as needed to support the project. Work with other team members to implement complex systems. Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with C# Scripting, Textures, Animation, GUIstyles and user session management. Excellent knowledge with Game physics ,3D math and Optimization memory and space usage. Familiarity with level design and planning. Knowledge on game physics and particle systems. Knowledge on optimizing memory and space usage for support of older hardware andoptimizations for mobile development. Knowledge on Multiplayer and 3D games is a plus. Ability to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards and developmenttechnologies. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. RESPONSIBILITIES : Create concepts and pitch game ideas; evangelize these concepts to the studio andgenerate excitement and enthusiasm among the teams. Collaborate with the Creative Director and other Designer to define and improve thegames vision and overall player experience. Lead the creation of the games design through Concept Proposals, Game DesignDocuments, and Functional Specifications. Create concepts for characters, environments, props, design levels, create UIs, placesound/music, and tune/balance game play. Perform as an enabler between the development functions to ensure game design fitswithin the parameters of the project. Research game industry and product design trends to enhance the players experienceand enjoyment. Serve as a mentor and guide to Junior Designers; offer them your wisdom and insightsregarding the game design process; promote good design principles. Ensure the commercial success of our product offerings.REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent with Game Design course. Relevant years of experience in mobile game design, including no fewer than two (2)shipped games. Should have game economy design experience in freemium models. Should have experience in making free to play. Demonstrated experience and understanding of both premium and freemium mobilegames. Solid understanding of popular mobile, casual, and social games recognizes whatmakes them fun.
