we are looking for a game designer with a passion for all genres of games, a knack for coding and storytelling, and an understanding of the industry, market and target audiences. you should possess a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the games industry and game design (learning curve, directing the player, difficulty levels, balancing, pacing, motivation & reward cycle, accessibility)

responsibilities :

• creating well-documented designs and fun game play features for a breakthrough game.

• work closely with narrative design to ensure the story is carried out well throughout each level.

• iterating, play-testing and analyzing user feedback and social metrics to adjust game play and design to continuously push the boundaries of the game’s design and feature set.

• conceptualizing and developing characters, rules, settings and stories for new games.

• pitching new game ideas to executives and clients.

• prototyping new games.

• building three-dimensional elements of the project, including characters, landscapes and visual effects

• using a combination of hand-drawings and computer software to create graphics

• developing design and gaming protocols.

• doing quality control.

skills required :

• an understanding of how to use software such as adobe photoshop and 3d max

• knowledge of tools such as sketchup, fusion 360, cinema 4d, 3ds max, blender

• creativity - designing the world of the game, characters, storyline, visual style

• strong analytical mind

• programming skills

qualification : bachelor's degree in game design, computer science or computer engineering.

programming languages : java, c++, python, c#
