Job Description:The Analysts mandate is to oversee all aspects of the fund, including the following: Overseeing the funds investment and operations, sourcing investment opportunitiesconducting due diligence (financial, legal and regulatory) and risk analysis Merger and Acquisition Structuring and negotiating investment terms The Fund Analyst is expected to develop and refine potential investment opportunities andpipeline. Liaise with Financial institutions to seek information and keep abreast of latestdevelopments in Real Estate sector Transaction Risk management. Process control, management and deal compliance. Work out different financial models and analyze the impact on various investment options. Analyse and work out the financials for the deal. Analyze incoming real estate (residential, commercial, or industrial) opportunities in order toassist in growth of the real estate portfolio. Coordinate with developers to make disbursements in accordance with approved budgetsand work programme. Present analytical reporting, performance reporting and valuation.

NAV calculation (daily/monthly), prepare financial statements, ensuring fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, accurate & timely processing of all capital activities incl. subscriptions, redemptions, etc.Required Candidate profileMust have experience in Hedge FundsMust have prior experience in US Capital MarketMust be able to guide and lead the in-house accounting teamMust be expert in the entire chain of tasks of fund acc.

Position: Custody and Derivatives Clearing Custody Sales (3 positions)BFIG:Banks and Financial Institutions Group (BFIG) as a group in the bank has the following verticals Custody, Correspondent Banks, Private Equity, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Capital Markets and NBFCDesired Skills / Competencies / Job Description:1. Acquisition of Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI) / Domestic AIF and PMS clients based out of Overseas / Domestic Geographies as the case maybe2. Make independent sales pitches to the client and diligently pursue and follow-up for the account3. Responsible for making Custody, Derivatives Clearing and Fund Accounting pitches to the clients CEO / CFO / CCO / COO and their respective teams4. May be required to travel extensively within India as well as Overseas5. To network with the people within the industry including Lawyers / CA's / Fund Administrators etc.6. Responsible for all the activities of the client within the bank across verticals and will be required to cross-sell7. Understanding of SEBI and RBI regulations preferred 8.
