Maintain hydraulic systems, pneumatic controls, and lubrication systems across all machinery. Ensure alignment, balancing, and mechanical integrity of rotating equipment (e.g., motors, gearboxes, spindles). Diagnose root causes of mechanical failures and implement corrective actions. Maintain proper documentation of machine maintenance, spares usage, and service logs. Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and plan shutdowns effectively. Monitor the condition of equipment using vibration analysis, temperature checks, and oil analysis where applicable.
