**Job Description: Customer Care Executive (Voice & Sales Process)**We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and promote sales through effective communication. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.**Qualifications:**- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.- Age between 18 to 30 years.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language.- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve their queries efficiently.- Prior experience in customer service or sales will be advantageous.**Responsibilities:**- Manage and resolve customer complaints.- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent service.**Salary and Benefits:**- Salary range: INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month.- Incentives based on performance.- Comprehensive training and growth opportunities.
