The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote products/services, generate sales, or gather feedback. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain products or services.Answer inbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints or issues.Maintain a record of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.Follow up on previous interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team (if applicable).Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.Provide accurate information and handle objections professionally.Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
