Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote products/services, generate sales, or gather feedback. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain products or services.
Answer inbound customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints or issues.
Maintain a record of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.
Follow up on previous interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team (if applicable).
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information and handle objections professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in communication, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in [language(s), ., English, Hindi, etc.].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Work Environment:
Office-based or remote (as applicable).
May require working in shifts, including weekends or evenings
