Fleet Tracking and Reporting: o Manage real-time fleet tracking to monitor vehicle movement. o Prepare weekly and monthly reports on fleet status, challans, and performance. 3. Performance Monitoring: o Track KPIs for fleet and driver performance, ensuring high standards are maintained. o Conduct periodic evaluations and provide actionable feedback. 4. Booking and Dispatch Management: o Manage incoming bookings and ensure timely assignment of vehicles. o Oversee the dispatch process to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. o Coordinate with customers and drivers to address any booking or dispatch issues. 5.
