o oversee daily operations of vehicle hubs, ensuring smooth functioning.
o monitor fleet utilization and availability for maximum efficiency.
2. fleet tracking and reporting:
o manage real-time fleet tracking to monitor vehicle movement.
o prepare weekly and monthly reports on fleet status, challans, and performance.
3. performance monitoring:
o track kpis for fleet and driver performance, ensuring high standards are
maintained.
o conduct periodic evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
4. booking and dispatch management:
o manage incoming bookings and ensure timely assignment of vehicles.
o oversee the dispatch process to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
o coordinate with customers and drivers to address any booking or dispatch issues.
5. daily operations management:
o handle on-ground operations, interact with team members and drivers to resolve
issues.
o ensure daily tasks are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.
6. payment collection and recovery:
o oversee payment collections and manage recovery processes effectively.
