1. Fleet and Hub Management:
o Oversee daily operations of vehicle hubs, ensuring smooth functioning.
o Monitor fleet utilization and availability for maximum efficiency.
2. Fleet Tracking and Reporting:
o Manage real-time fleet tracking to monitor vehicle movement.
o Prepare weekly and monthly reports on fleet status, challans, and performance.
3. Performance Monitoring:
o Track KPIs for fleet and driver performance, ensuring high standards are
maintained.
o Conduct periodic evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
4. Booking and Dispatch Management:
o Manage incoming bookings and ensure timely assignment of vehicles.
o Oversee the dispatch process to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
o Coordinate with customers and drivers to address any booking or dispatch issues.
5. Daily Operations Management:
o Handle on-ground operations, interact with team members and drivers to resolve
issues.
o Ensure daily tasks are executed efficiently and deadlines are met.
6. Payment Collection and Recovery:
o Oversee payment collections and manage recovery processes effectively.
