Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. Maintain the database of the leads on a regular basis, create andmaintain proper records for all calls on the CRM. Contact existing patients as well as new prospective leads using scripts Understand the specifications of the patients and give them appropriatereplies. Address the patients uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions ontime.
