• Will be responsible to handle outbound and inbound calls from the
prospects and convert them into confirmed patients who will visit the
clinic.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients'
requests.
• Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about
products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of
complaints.
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-
related expectations.
• Maintain the database of the leads on a regular basis, create and
maintain proper records for all calls on the CRM.
• Contact existing patients as well as new prospective leads using scripts
• Understand the specifications of the patients and give them appropriate
replies.
• Address the patients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on
time.
