Supply Chain & Agri-SourcingBackward Integration: Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality raw materials directly from farmers or FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations).Quality Standards: Define and enforce strict quality parameters for raw agri-commodities to ensure consistency in the final FMCG product.Pilot Testing: Conduct field trials for agri-products or sensory testing for food products to gather real-world data before full-scale launch. Product Strategy & MarketingMarket Mapping: Analyze consumer trends (e.g., the shift toward Organic or Clean Label products) to identify gaps in the current portfolio.Pricing Strategy: Work with the Accounts Executive and Sales Manager to determine competitive pricing based on COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and market positioning.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet FSSAI (for food) or CIBRC (for agri-chemicals/pesticides) standards and labeling requirements.
