Product category wise2. Category SKU wise3. Volume offtakes and turnover4. To formulate and design promotions schemes for distributors and retailers keeping in mind competition offerings and retails trends.5. Forecasting quarter wise category volumes and SKU Numbers to give productions a fair idea for three month rolling forecast plan, following form plan, and 2 months tentative6. To audit physical inventory monthly and take strategic decisions on further actions7. To manage and recommend payouts to distributors in terms of Target Achievement3%, Cash and Carry 2 % Handhold and Nurture distributors and DSRs in terms of: Regular and refresher trainings Product Demos and SOPs Brand Placement Updating of POSM and POP Material of all offtake counters namelyPremium Car Care Detailers and Retailers. Monitoring monthly performance viz targets communicated and formulation and communication of monthly targets culminating into quarterly, half yearly and yearly performance and business plan To conduct regular meeting and brainstorming sessions with distributors and DSRs Category wise product trends Daily Activity Plan DSR wise territory allocation Target Vs Achievement for DSRs Relationship Building PR with Premium Car Detailing Studios and Retailers.
