Theideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance work,specifically in a metal manufacturing environment. The role involves installation, repair, andmaintenance of industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, valves, furnaces, burners, and othermachinery.Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure smoothoperations.- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs on pumps, motors, valves, furnaces,burners, and other factory machinery.- Dismantle and assemble mechanical components for maintenance, repair, and replacement.- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot mechanical systems to enhance operational efficiency.- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems.- Ensure proper alignment, balancing, and calibration of rotating equipment.- Follow safety procedures and industry standards while handling heavy machinery and tools.- Assist in equipment installation and commissioning.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and minimal downtime.Requirements:- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a metalmanufacturing facility.- Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, furnaces, burners, and related industrialequipment.- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.- Experience with welding, cutting, and fabrication is a plus.- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.- Good understanding of workplace safety standards and protocols.- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdown.Contact us HR @9102102367 or 9523023250
