We are seeking a dedicated Field Incharge to manage our on-ground operations efficiently in Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 5 years of relevant experience and have completed at least their 12th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ensure Compliance:** Monitor adherence to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

- **Report Progress:** Regularly update higher management about field activities and challenges faced by the team to facilitate timely decision-making.

- **Training and Development:** Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing support to team members to enhance their skills and operational efficiency.
