Hiring Fresher / Field Incharge / 10th Pass

As a Field Incharge, you will play a key role in overseeing operations and ensuring tasks are executed smoothly within the field. This full-time position is based in Shillong Cantonment, East Khasi Hills, and is open to freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Field Activities: Monitor daily operations and guide the team to ensure all activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

2. Report Generation: Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports detailing field performance, challenges faced, and progress made towards goals.

3. Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to assign tasks, provide training, and foster a positive working environment.

4. Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise within the field promptly, employing effective solutions to maintain productivity.

5. Data Collection: Gather relevant data from the field and assist in analyzing it for decision-making purposes.
