Hiring For Field Incharge

We are looking for a Field Incharge to oversee and manage field operations in Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience and should have completed at least their 12th grade. This is a full-time position based in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead a team of field workers by assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure smooth operations.

- Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily field activities, ensuring that all operations are compliant with company standards and guidelines.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of field activities and prepare regular reports for management on project status and challenges.

- Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise in the field promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.

- Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders while addressing their needs and concerns.
