Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Sales:
• Ensure onboarding of targeted rural entrepreneurs into the system through digital platforms.
• Drive activation and performance of entrepreneurs in sales and distribution of energy-efficient products.
• Achieve monthly and cumulative SKU sales targets across assigned geographies.
• Monitor individual entrepreneur performance and provide on-ground guidance for lead generation and conversion.
Operations:
• Facilitate training sessions and field demonstrations in coordination with the Training and Marketing teams.
• Coordinate distribution, inventory movement, and delivery schedules as per operational requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• % of entrepreneurs onboarded against target.
• % participation of women entrepreneurs in total onboarding.
• % of entrepreneurs trained against target.
• % of entrepreneurs activated in sales and distribution.
• % of SKU sales and distribution achieved against target.
• Accuracy and timeliness of field reporting and operational data.
Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate with strong communication skills in Kannada, and basic english
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in field sales, channel management, or micro-entrepreneur engagement.
• Strong understanding of rural markets, community networks, and distribution models.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage entrepreneurs toward sales performance.
• Prior exposure to clean energy, FMCG, or livelihood programs preferred.
Compensation Structure:
Fixed: up to 4 LPA
Variable: 40% Linked to business/project growth,
Incentive: monthly SKU sales incentives
