Field Engineer 12th Pass Jobs in Surat

Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting and repairing equipment at customer sites - Installing new equipment and ensuring it is functioning properly - Performing regular maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns - Providing technical support to customers over the phone or through remote access - Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to resolve customer issues - Documenting all service and maintenance activities in detailed reports - Training customers on how to properly use and maintain equipment - Maintaining accurate inventory of spare parts and tools

1. Must have two wheeler along with valid driving Licence.2. Technical Back ground.3 Knowledge of Basic Computer command.4 Knowledge of LAN/WAN , DNS, Internet concept, DHCP, Static IP configuration.5. Router configuration6. Knowledge of RJ 45 colour code & crimping tools, LAN Tester, Multi meter etc.7. Localized candidate is preferred only or other state must be residence here more than 3 years.8. Candidate must aware of area of Surat City.9. Must have smart phone .
