The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, handling tax filings, and supporting audits. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent analytical skills are essential. To ensure accurate and efficient financial operations by managing accounts payable/receivable, supportingmaintaining financial records, and providing administrative assistance to the finance department. The role requiresadherence to accounting standards, compliance with tax regulations, and collaboration with internal teams forseamless financial transactions.Responsibilities:- Perform Purchase Bill Entries and General Voucher Entries in Tally or ERP- Regularly update Debtors and Creditors.- Assist in GST-related tasks, including data collation and filing support- Manage Bank Documentation for Bill Discounting.- Handle Petty Cash (Cash Handling) with proper recordkeeping- Collect and compile Reports from Other Colleagues as per accountingrequirements.- Support in bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and receivables follow-up- Ensure proper filing of documents and assist during audits.- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Purchase departments for timelyfinancial entriesRequisite Skills: - Good understanding of accounting basics, GST, and TDS- Proficient in Tally / ERP systems- Strong in Google Sheets and MS Excel for maintaining financial records- Comfortable with cash handling and maintaining physical records- Good communication and coordination skills with interdepartmental teams- Ability to handle multiple recurring monthly tasks and meet deadlines
