1 Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and contact potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and databases.Qualify leads based on business needs, volume potential, and budget.Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer data and interactions.2. Product Knowledge & ConsultationUnderstand and explain the companys products and services (e.g. packaging materials, labels, cartons, printed marketing materials).Offer solutions based on customer requirements, including customization options.3. Sales ConversionPrepare and present quotations over the phone or via email.Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and terms within authorized limits.4. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.Handle inquiries, provide after-sales support, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.Manage customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.5.
