Female - Graphic Designer For Printing & Packaging Company in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the packaging and printing industry

Understand client requirements and propose appropriate packaging/printing solutions.

Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs

Maintain up-to-date CRM records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and logistics) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2+ years of experience in sales/business development in the packaging or printing industry (preferred).

Strong understanding of different packaging types (., cartons, labels, flexible packaging, etc.).

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
