Job descriptionLocation: Ghatkoper West, MaharashtraSalary upto Rs. 18,000/- per monthExperience: 2 yearsEducation: GraduateDuties and Responsibilities:Responsible for attending new / follow-up patients coming to consult doctors.Attending and responding to phone calls.Organizing the case cards/files.Responsible for organizing the Doctor's cabin and providing support of resources to all doctors during their OPD.Providing detailed information to patients about the products, facilities, and services and up selling them.Providing Information about the products, facilities, and services to the patients.Daily updating the Exec. / Sr. Officer for any constraints/issues/feedback.Imparting and undergoing training as per company policies.Adherence to company policies at all timesTo take regular feedback from guests/patients followed by necessary corrective/preventive actions; if any.Ensure to make follow-up patients Phone calls regularly.

Responsibilities: Understand needs and requirements; build a strong relationship with doctors Visit the assigned market territory to conduct demos for users (doctors) and managedeal closure Building sales pipeline by acquiring new and converting competition user Rigorous & structured follow-ups with Doctors to ensure sales closure Provide in-depth platform training to the doctors and clinic staff Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets Maintain and expand your database of prospects through referral channelRequirements: Excellent communication skills(English & Regional language preferred) with a focuson driving a sales Plan and travel extensively across the assigned territory & upcountry if required Strong people skills with high customer-centricity Good technical understanding of the product Strong listening, presentation & time management skills Any bachelor's / Master's degree (Biotech/Pharma will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing. Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Utilizing virtual /in person meetings to build relationships with new customers. Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications. Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process. Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls. Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.Skill Set Required H.S.C / Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred. Proficiency in all microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Proven sales experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills.
