Supervise daily operations of caregiving, nursing, and patient support services to ensure high-quality service delivery.Ensure timely deployment and scheduling of caregivers, nurses, and support staff to client locations without delays.Handle inbound and outbound client calls, accurately understand client requirements, and ensure no request or service detail is missed.Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operations, service quality, and ongoing care coordination.Track, document, and manage client requirements, care instructions, and changes with complete accuracy.Handle client escalations and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.Collect client feedback and proactively improve service processes and care standards.Maintain and audit records related to staff background verification, certifications, training, and compliance.Generate and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.Support management in scaling healthcare-at-home operations, improving efficiency and service reach.Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and service activation.

Roles and responsibilities: Home visits, visit approximately 4 to 5 enrolled patients in a day. To assess the patients needs and formulate personalised care plan based on comprehensive assessment To deliver outstanding clinical care guided by evidence based medicine and ethical practices To monitor the care delivered and provide the necessary clinical leadership to facilitate better recovery To provide Goal based care for patients resulting in better outcomes To implement clinical care protocols and pathways for common home healthcare presentations Report on number of visits and maintain the documentation of the visitsTimings:Work in any of the Shift timings are as under: 8:00 AM to 4:00PM 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMTransport will be provided by the organization for the patient visits.
