The Organisation is one of the fastest-growing dermatology company, that gives users a doctor-given treatment kit for any face/hair concern via their app. They have mission is to make the right skincare accessible to all. On a day-to-day basis, They consult thousands of users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Doctor needs to provide audio consultations in Haircare and Skincare through App.

2. Conduct follow-ups with patients every 5 to 6 weeks.

3. The Doctor should be able to provide empathetic and patient-centric consultations.

4. Company will be providing training on the use of technology and app.

5. Keep records of customer interactions.

6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

7. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Education: MD/DNB/DDVL Dermatology

Experience: Min 1 year

Salary: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 Per month (Depending upon the experience)

Working Hours: 6 Hours a day (6 days a week)

Mandatory Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi/Telugu/Kannada

Job Type: Work from Home

Day Off: Rotational 1 day week off (All Sundays are compulsory working)

Laptop Compulsory.
