Make follow-up with suppliers for material Ensure contracts are in place for all suppliers of all goods inclusive of terms and condition, payment terms and delivery schedules in accordance with the requirement Coordinate with Warehouse departments & Production department for list of product and quantity. Process a payment to the supplier by Account department & verify. Maintain all procurement & store data updated Provide a Delivery of goods to Warehouse Department. Prepare a Document related to the Purchase & Analysis Assisting the team with any kind of work or tasks required.
