The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing Brand creatives for Outdoor, Marketing, Social assets, New gifting and packaging concepts, product designs.Responsibilities:Content Designing- In content designing you need to plan what all content you will be planning for the entire month with the thought process behind each planning.Creative Designing- In creative designing you will need to plan the creatives for each video, photo, content, stories etc. that you will be planning for the monthManaging social assets- you will be responsible for managing all the social media accounts of the organization. And also creating new platforms if needed.R&D on new concepts- you will be required to put on your thinking caps and come up with some creative packaging and concept ideas.Product photography- managing the product portfolio pictures as and when required for social media post either by yourself or by outsourcing.Improvising website content- Keeping an eye from time to time on website upgradations, suggestions etc. for better customer experienceCampaign management- designing/ planning and execution of campaigns to increase customer awareness with the ultimate aim to increase the footfall and sales.Marketing calendar- you will be required to come up with the complete planning of activities that you will be doing for the entire month.Budget management- you will be required to come up with an expected budget of the activities that will be done related to marketing in that month.Competition benchmarking- keep an eye on the marketing strategies of the competitors and planning our own strategies accordinglyAdditions: Executing all marketing campaigns apart from social campaignsSoftware: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel drawSalary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.25,000/-Time: 10:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
