Track daily/weekly progress against planned milestones. Coordinate with site engineers for status updates and work planning. Identify project delays, cost overruns, and communicate action plans. Client & Subcontractor Billing Prepare and submit RA/final bills to clients based on BOQ and executed work. Draft and verify subcontractor/vendor bills with supporting measurement sheets. Ensure billing formats align with client requirements and contract terms. Track advance recoveries, deductions, retention, and GST calculations. Measurement & BOQ Tracking Prepare internal and client-side measurement sheets. Monitor BOQ items vs. actual quantities executed on-site. Record and justify any extra/non-tender works with documentation and client approvals. Maintain measurement books and material reconciliation reports.
