Key Responsibilities: Engage potential and existing customers to take orders, promote products & payment follow up. Maintain relationships with existing customers (Doctors) and build new ones for business growth. Collaborate with the product team for further development and enhancements. Develop proposals to meet client needs. Handle objections and answer customer inquiries related to company products. Update customer details and maintain an organized database. Route opportunities to relevant departments for further development. Retain dissatisfied customers by addressing their concerns. Uphold service quality according to company standards.
