Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Faculty with strong industry exposure to train, mentor, and develop students in end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will bring real-world experience into the classroom and help students gain practical, job-ready knowledge aligned with current industry practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver training in end-to-end supply chain and logistics operationsTeach core concepts including supply chain processes, inventory management, client management, and logistics operationsShare real-time industry experience and practical case studies with studentsDesign and explain supply chain strategies, planning models, and execution frameworksTrain students on supplier agreement management and vendor handlingExplain procurement, sourcing, transportation, and distribution operationsKeep students updated on latest trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain managementConduct classroom sessions, practical discussions, and mentoring sessions effectivelyEvaluate student performance and provide constructive feedbackSupport students in developing professional skills for logistics and supply chain careersOffice hours will be from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PMRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2+ years of industry experience in Supply Chain Management / LogisticsHands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain and logistics operationsProven exposure to supply chain strategy building and executionStrong knowledge of inventory management, supplier management, and client coordinationAbility to teach, mentor, and transfer practical knowledge effectivelyExcellent classroom handling and communication skillsStrong leadership, coordination, and managerial skillsProfessional attitude with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
