Key Responsibilities:Awareness and Onboarding:Visiting MSME units to create awareness about the ZED scheme and onboard eligible businesses.Guidance and Support:Assisting MSMEs with UDYAM and ZED portal registration, and providing support throughout the certification process.Documentation and Compliance:Collecting necessary data, photographs, and documents, and ensuring compliance with ZED Bronze-level criteria (including health, safety, environment, and quality).Portal Management:Uploading inspection findings, photos, and reports on the ZED portal, and ensuring timely closure of Non-Conformities (NCs).Coordination and Communication:Coordinating with the backend team and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth certification.Record Keeping:Maintaining proper records of visited, certified, and pending units.Implementation and Assessment:Conducting on-site visits to MSME units, offering hands-on assistance, and preparing them for successful certification audits.Quality, Safety, and Environmental Practices:Collaborating with businesses to implement and embed robust quality, safety, and environmental management practices.ZED Mobile Application:Ensuring accurate and timely utilization of the ZED mobile application for documentation and reporting.

Eligibility for the Computer Facilitator1. Facilitator experience with in AI , Power BI.2. Must have experience in teaching of Tally and advanced GST.3. Microsoft office etc4. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related filed.5. Teaching experience.6. Expertise in AI , Power BI , Tally and GST.7. Strong communication and Problem solving.Responsibilities for Computer Facilitator:1. To teach AI concepts , Machine learning and related applications.2. Instruct on Power BI for data analysis and visualization. 3. Train students in using Tally for accounting, inventory and taxation.4. Provide knowledge on GST, filling returns and taxation compliance.5. Mainain students attendance, assessment records. 6. Maintain records etc.

Responsible for conducting the English skill training for the new students at the assigned Lighthouse. Classroom delivery of English content to improve students job readiness. Conduct timely student assessments. Providing individual feedback and mentorships to students. Timely reporting back on the progress of training at the Lighthouse to the Master Trainer. Contribute the ideas to improve teaching methodologies. Sharing training reports as and when required. Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required. Any other roles & responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Facilitate the Foundation Course (introductory course of the Lighthouse) for the new students at theLighthouse. Make sure that each student completes the Foundation Course as designed and that theirattendance is complete. Ensure that all the students enrolled in FC (Foundation Course) take the counselling test to evaluatetheir aptitude, ability and personality for further skilling. Conduct one to one counselling of the students as per the results of the test. Explain the gap in theirunderstanding and the test results and help the students in making appropriate choices of course. To make a note of any differences between the test result and the outcome of one to onecounselling and take corrective action as may be required. Supporting the rest of the team members as and when required.
