key responsibilities:
awareness and onboarding:
visiting msme units to create awareness about the zed scheme and onboard eligible businesses.
guidance and support:
assisting msmes with udyam and zed portal registration, and providing support throughout the certification process.
documentation and compliance:
collecting necessary data, photographs, and documents, and ensuring compliance with zed bronze-level criteria (including health, safety, environment, and quality).
portal management:
uploading inspection findings, photos, and reports on the zed portal, and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities (ncs).
coordination and communication:
coordinating with the backend team and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth certification.
record keeping:
maintaining proper records of visited, certified, and pending units.
implementation and assessment:
conducting on-site visits to msme units, offering hands-on assistance, and preparing them for successful certification audits.
quality, safety, and environmental practices:
collaborating with businesses to implement and embed robust quality, safety, and environmental management practices.
zed mobile application:
ensuring accurate and timely utilization of the zed mobile application for documentation and reporting.
