Freshers For ZED Facilitator - Akola/Amravati

Key Responsibilities:

Awareness and Onboarding:

Visiting MSME units to create awareness about the ZED scheme and onboard eligible businesses.

Guidance and Support:

Assisting MSMEs with UDYAM and ZED portal registration, and providing support throughout the certification process.

Documentation and Compliance:

Collecting necessary data, photographs, and documents, and ensuring compliance with ZED Bronze-level criteria (including health, safety, environment, and quality).

Portal Management:

Uploading inspection findings, photos, and reports on the ZED portal, and ensuring timely closure of Non-Conformities (NCs).

Coordination and Communication:

Coordinating with the backend team and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth certification.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining proper records of visited, certified, and pending units.

Implementation and Assessment:

Conducting on-site visits to MSME units, offering hands-on assistance, and preparing them for successful certification audits.

Quality, Safety, and Environmental Practices:

Collaborating with businesses to implement and embed robust quality, safety, and environmental management practices.

ZED Mobile Application:

Ensuring accurate and timely utilization of the ZED mobile application for documentation and reporting.
