Dear Candidate,Greetings from Sadguru Masala spices #Retail #Team.We are looking for a Admin/MIS Executive to keep a track and evaluate day-to-day activities shared by the supervisors.To work as part of the Management Information Systems team helping to implement and maintain data and information systems to meet the needs of the organisation.Working to ensure that the data and information is accurate and reports are produced in a timely manner.Location: Mahape Navi MumbaiRoles and ResponsibilitiesData points collections from all the departments on timely basis.Follow up pending timesheet work order uploading (Maintaining Data of existing & current work orders)Generating reports with required measurements from the data collected / received in the reports.Managing on ground sales team via an app on the desktop and noting the pointers in the report.Creating access for the new joiners and running them through the process.Purchases for new joinersMaintain MIS tools and weekly MIS reports.Prepare MIS operational and development reports on monthly basis for stakeholdersRequirementsMinimum 6 years of experience in Admin/MIS executive roleExperienced in data managementCertified in ExcelKnowledge of various MIS reporting toolsBachelor Degree in B.com, IT, Computer Science or related fieldFMCG preferred or Any IndustryDemonstrate a good level of IT skill.If interested in the above job role would request you to share your updated resume by responding to this job post mentioning Current & Expected Salary and Notice Period details.

Job Profile/Description:-Any Graduate with exceptionally good communication skills.Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail branding / advertising industry.Interacting with clients regarding orders and follow ups. Interacting with vendors for execution of work and follow ups.Build meaningful & strong relationships with existing clients.Identify and generate new businessHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy & timeliness.Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsEmailing the reports in Excel & PPT format to client and vendor.Maintaining MIS data in requisite formatsLead generation and customer acquisition.Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
