Client Service Executive

Job Profile/Description:-

Any Graduate with exceptionally good communication skills.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail branding / advertising industry.

Interacting with clients regarding orders and follow ups.

Interacting with vendors for execution of work and follow ups.

Build meaningful & strong relationships with existing clients.

Identify and generate new business

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy & timeliness.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Emailing the reports in Excel & PPT format to client and vendor.

Maintaining MIS data in requisite formats

Lead generation and customer acquisition.

Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
