Job SummaryWe are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in Residential and Commercial Constructions to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of relevant experience and will play a key role in managing project costs, budgets, and financial planning to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage cost estimates and budgets.Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare material estimations with accuracy.Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget allocations.Evaluate and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and records.RequirementsBachelors degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.25 years of experience in civil Residential projects.Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- able to do the estimations / quotations independently,- good knowledge of electrical controls and distribution panel designs.- IEC standard panel design knowledge is preferable- all estimations / quotations are doing in pre designed excel formats, - its a new design office in Coimbatore of our factory in Saudi Arabia / Bahrain.

- Studying & understanding the technical documents.- Studying drawing and preparing estimation.- Coordinating with client for technical requirements.- Getting estimation approval- Preparing and sending offers to clients
