AAEIMAA is looking to add an Architectural Engineer for Project Management (Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity)Estimator for the USA Commercial Building Project.Job DescriptionReview and analyze project drawings to prepare detailed Bills of Materials (BoM) and Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and project estimates.Interpret construction-ready drawings, specifications, and project documents to extract critical details.Create CAD drawings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit software.Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to prepare quotes, proposals, and reports.Draft Signage Fabrication drawings in AutoCAD.Provide project tracking and weekly status updates as part of shared team responsibilities.QualificationsBachelors degree in Architecture (B.Tech or B.Arch preferred).A diploma in Architecture can also apply.Proficient in AutoCAD.
