: As a Dealer at HENSEX Securities, you will be responsible for executing trades, tracking the portfolios, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial services operations. Responsibilities:1. Execute buy and sell orders for stocks and other financial instruments as per client instructions and market conditions.2. Monitor market trends, economic news, and company-specific developments and inform our clients.3. Help clients in Managing and maintaining portfolios, ensuring compliance as per their objectives and risk tolerance.4. Provide timely market insights, research reports, and investment recommendations to clients.5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.6. Cross Selling the products to clients.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).2. Min 1 year of experience as a Stock Market Dealer or in a similar trading role.3. Proven track record of successful trading and portfolio management.4. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.5. Proficient in using trading platforms and financial analysis tools.6. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Salary: We offer a competitive salary and commission structure that commensurate with Industry levels.

1. Knowledge of broking, operations knowledge, risk profiling of client along withtechnical and fundamental understanding.2. In-depth knowledge of Stocks, Bonds, Mutual funds.3. Cross Selling & Up selling of various products and offering by MOSL.4. Visit to franchisee on monthly basis.5. Coordination with different department (RMS, Risk, Compliance, Sales) forsmooth processing of transaction.6. Generation of brokerage.7.
