Job description: Attending morning meeting to discuss strategy for the day Develop and maintain a long term relationship with clients Focus on generating new business Generate brokerage through advising clients on their equity portfolio. Need to be constantly updated with the market knowledge Ensure all the activities are in adherence as per the compliance and risk policy Periodical meeting with the ClientDesired Candidate Profile: The candidate should have a minimum degree/ diploma. Thorough understanding of Stock market. Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills. Ability to effectively understand & communicate the product. The candidate should have ability to handle sales call independently.

Key Responsibilities: Advising Super HNI clients on Equity, Derivatives, currency & commodity Markets. Individually handling clients with the book size of 25 lacs & above. Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory. Cross selling of other products like Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance. Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT. Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by periodic meetings. Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios. Monitoring & enhancing Advisor's Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.

Buy and sell the shares and securities on the behalf of the company.*Placing trade in company's trading accounts.*Basic knowledge regarding stock market.*Analyzing market conditions..*Must have 2-4 Years Experience in a Reputed Company with Proven Track Record.Ability to Spot Daily High Volatility Sector Before Market Opens.Track Performance, Evaluate and Optimize.Must have Good Command Our English Communication Skill.
