Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Business Development:Identify and onboard new clients through various marketing and networking channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for client acquisition and revenue growth.Equity Advisory & Portfolio Management:Provide clients with timely investment advice on equities, derivatives, and other financial products.Conduct regular portfolio reviews and offer rebalancing recommendations based on market trends.Stay updated with stock market news, company performance, and global economic developments.Marketing & Brand Promotion:Execute marketing campaigns to promote the firms investment services.Conduct investor awareness programs, webinars, and seminars.Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through digital and offline channels.Revenue Generation:Drive revenue through brokerage, advisory fees, and cross-selling of financial products.Monitor client activity and ensure consistent engagement to maximize business potential.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).NISM Series VII / VIII certification (preferred or required as per SEBI guidelines).Strong understanding of stock markets, investment products, and trading platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven track record in sales, revenue generation, or financial advisory.Key Competencies:Target-driven and self-motivated.Strong client relationship management.Analytical and result-oriented approach.Ability to work under pressure and achieve business goals.
