DescriptionProfiling clients by conducting an in-depth review of the client's financial requirements, analyzing equity portfolios, and recommending suitable portfolios as per their risk profile.Communicating with prospective clients for advisory services sales.Maintaining healthy relationships with all the potential clients.Achieve business targets in terms of generating revenue, enhancing and upgrading the client relationships.Creation of revenue and activation of clients through effective advisory (Target Based).Desired Candidate:Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills.Aggressive and confident individuals with sound knowledge of Equity investing & the stock market.Fluent English, emailing, calling, chatting, other communication.Attractive Incentives.Understanding the Stock Market and Equity Research & Analysis.Monthly incentive and annual performance linked bonus.Salary: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year plus monthly incentive and annual performance linked bonus.RequirementsMaster's/Bachelor's Degree along with 1-2 years of experience in Stock Market. Have an understanding of markets and the operations with focus on client relationship and advisory sales.Strong Verbal and written communication skills along with Microsoft Office proficiency. An understanding of basic CRM platforms, preferably people who have worked under the same profile in the same industry.Ability to work independently and manage employee relations. Adapt to changes and work in an agile manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assistance in compliance due diligence in Venture Capital transactions- Reviewing Issue and Allotment documents for Securities on Rights Issue basis, Private placement, Buyback and Preferential Allotment Basis.- FEMA compliance like FCGPR, FCTRS, ODI, APR, FLA- Advising foreign companies to establish presence in India- Lead compliance for VC funding transactions- Strike off of the company under Fast Track Exit Scheme- ESOP/ Phantom Stocks compliance- Manage team members to provide quality deliverables- Ongoing interaction with clients and stakeholders in the Company- Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation for the clients- Stay abreast with changes in the legal and regulatory landscape- Maintain and update policies based on changes in industry regulations and approach- Advice clients on risks from a compliance perspectiveREQUIREMENTS:- CS degree with 0 - 6 years' experience post qualification - The candidate should have a strong academic background/qualification- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment- Solution oriented- Excellent communication skills
