As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and performance of equipment used in various settings. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:- Installation of Equipment: You will assist in the installation of technical equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.- Maintenance and Repairs: Your job will involve conducting regular maintenance checks and repairing any faulty equipment to minimize downtime.- Troubleshooting Issues: You will diagnose problems with equipment and provide effective solutions, ensuring that any technical issues are resolved promptly.- Customer Support: You will interact directly with clients, answering their questions and providing guidance to enhance their understanding of the equipment.- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of service visits, repairs made, and parts replaced will be essential for tracking equipment history and performance.To succeed in this role, you are expected to have:- A Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E).- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.- Good communication skills to interact with customers and understand their needs.- Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.This internship is open to freshers, and you will work from the office in Mumbai.
