Face-to-Face For Service Engineer Jobs (Freshers)

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires the individual to visit customer sites for service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

As a Service Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Site Visits: Traveling to customer locations within Mumbai to provide on-site technical support and service for electrical, electronic, or refrigeration equipment.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and meet customer needs effectively.

3. Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

4. Customer Interaction: Communicating effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate should have a degree from . or a diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Refrigeration fields. With 0-2 years of experience, you will gain valuable knowledge in the service domain. Male candidates are preferred for this position.

We expect the candidate to possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to travel for fieldwork. Additional requirements include a valid driving license and familiarity with basic technical tools. The role involves full-time office work with field visits.

You will be required to have means of transportation and a mobile device for communication purposes. Travel within various locations in Mumbai is necessary for fulfilling customer service commitments.
