We are seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards within our processes and products.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Develop and Implement Quality Plans:** Create detailed plans to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations throughout the manufacturing process.- **Conduct Inspections and Tests:** Perform regular inspections and testing of products at various stages to identify defects or issues that need addressing.- **Document Quality Findings:** Maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspections, ensuring all findings are well-documented for future reference and continuous improvement.- **Identify Areas for Improvement:** Analyze data from inspections to pinpoint areas where quality can be enhanced, working closely with the production team to implement changes.- **Collaborate with Engineering Teams:** Work alongside design and engineering teams to suggest design modifications that can improve product quality and reliability.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills to assess quality issues and provide solutions. A good understanding of quality control processes and tools, such as statistical analysis and Six Sigma, is essential. Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.Liaising with engineers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications.Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.Observing existing processes and making recommendations for improvement.Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures.Showing initiative and keeping up with advancements in Electronics.Representing the company at conferences and delivering presentations if required.
