To lead and direct the legal department. Qualification should be LLB/LLM with 15 - 20 years of experience in a law firm in handling Litigation of Civil (Property Related), Revenue, Consumer and Criminal Cases at various courts like High Court, Civil Courts, Tribunals, Consumer Forum, Statutory Agencies etc., out of which 4-5 years of experience in Real estate / Property Litigation / SRA.
