As a Purchase Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with procurement activities to ensure the smooth operation of the purchasing process. Your key responsibilities will include placing orders, maintaining vendor relationships, and tracking inventory levels. You will also be tasked with comparing prices, negotiating with suppliers, and preparing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a similar position, along with a Graduate degree. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with various internal departments and external suppliers. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important qualities for this role. Additionally, knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management would be beneficial in successfully carrying out your duties as a Purchase Assistant.
