Lead the strategic development of the college. Work with academic units to represent the College to external stakeholders. Promote institutional interaction and inculcate research development activities. Ensure that the staff and students are aware of rules, policies and procedures laid down by the college. Be fair in disciplinary actions for all the members of faculty, non-teaching staff and students. Oversee all Polytechnic operations, including daily Polytechnic activities. Coordinate curriculums, manage staff, and provide a safe and productive learning environment for students. Responsible for decision-making, teacher assignments, and improving College quality. Coordinate with Nodal officers of Govt concerned of other stake holders like AICTE etc.

To achieve collection targets of the Respective Branch assigned, ensuring meeting Collection Targets.Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.Ensuring meeting Targets within cost limit specified on monthly basis.Ensuring legal guidelines comply with the entire collection structure in letters and spirits.Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force. Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.Continuously monitor collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.
