Design Management Lead the design and detailing of transmission line towers. Review and approve structural calculations and design outputs. Coordinate with consultants and clients for design approvals. Validate tower geometry, member sizing, and connection details. Proto development. Transmission Line Tower, Gentry & Railway Structurals.2. Drawing & Detailingo Proto Assemblyo Part Drawingso Shop Fabrication Drawingso Packing Drawings Ensure drawings are error-free before release to production. Maintain revision control and drawing documentation.3. Bill of Materials (BOM) Review and approve BOMs. Optimize material utilization to reduce steel consumption. Ensure accurate member weights and quantities. Coordinate with procurement for material requirements.4. Manufacturing Support Provide technical clarification to production teams. Resolve fabrication-related design issues. Approve design modifications during manufacturing. Coordinate with QA/QC for dimensional and fabrication compliance.5. Customer Coordination Attend technical meetings with clients and consultants. Obtain timely approval of drawings. Support project execution teams during client inspections.6. Design Optimization Identify opportunities for cost reduction through optimized design. Improve fabrication efficiency through standardization. Develop innovative design solutions without compromising structural safety. Reduce fabrication complexity and wastage.8. Team Leadership Lead Design Engineers, Detailing Engineers, CAD Engineers, and Draftsmen. Allocate work and monitor productivity. Review technical deliverables. Train and mentor junior engineers.
