Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced and creative CAD Designer HOD to lead our jewellery design department. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of luxury and custom jewellery design.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the CAD team in the creation of high-precision jewellery designs.Develop design strategies aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends.Ensure all CAD outputs meet production feasibility and design intent.Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams.Maintain quality standards and improve workflow efficiency.Train junior designers and oversee their performance.Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design or related field.Expertise in Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or ZBrush.Strong understanding of diamond and gemstone setting techniques.Proven team management and leadership experience.Excellent sense of aesthetics, trends, and technical detailing.

B.Tech (Mech.) / Industrial Design Diploma / Degree 7-9 years from Automobile Body Building/ Bus Body / Trailer Manufacturing / Auto ancillaries / Heavy Fabrication Industry Product Designing with minimum 4-6 years on Complete Project Handling of Bus / Tipper / Trailer. Excellent hands on experience and skill to operate all latest versions Design Related Software.Strong writtenand oral communications skills. Product Design (Bus / Trailer / Tipper) and Development from Concept to Proto Type using NPD andNPI Process to fulfill customer needs and preferences, to beat the Competitor Product, to launch a productswith Unique features and innovations with cost effectiveness. Shall have thorough knowledge of manufacturing Processes, Product, Tools, Jigs & Fixture Design &Development, Project Management, NPD / NPI Process, BOM generation, Product Costing. Shall have hands on experience on QMS ISO 9001 - 2015 / IATF 16949 along with DFMEAs, PPAPS etc. Should be well conversant with all latest Design Software and shall have hands on experience of the same. Shall be well conversant with all necessary Indian Standards, AIS (Automotive Industry Standards) and otherInternational Standards. Shall have thorough knowledge and hands on experience of Vehicle and Component Type Approval as perAIS. Shall have thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Processes such as Welding, Painting, Assembly andPress Shop operations.
