Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative CAD Designer – HOD to lead our jewellery design department. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of luxury and custom jewellery design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the CAD team in the creation of high-precision jewellery designs.

Develop design strategies aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends.

Ensure all CAD outputs meet production feasibility and design intent.

Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams.

Maintain quality standards and improve workflow efficiency.

Train junior designers and oversee their performance.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Jewellery Design or related field.

Expertise in Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or ZBrush.

Strong understanding of diamond and gemstone setting techniques.

Proven team management and leadership experience.

Excellent sense of aesthetics, trends, and technical detailing.
