ï‚® 7-9 years from Automobile Body Building/ Bus Body / Trailer Manufacturing / Auto ancillaries / Heavy Fabrication Industry

ï‚® Product Designing with minimum 4-6 years on Complete Project Handling of Bus / Tipper / Trailer.

ï‚® Excellent hands on experience and skill to operate all latest versions Design Related ng written

and oral communications skills.

ï‚® Product Design (Bus / Trailer / Tipper) and Development from Concept to Proto Type using NPD and

NPI Process to fulfill customer needs and preferences, to beat the Competitor Product, to launch a products

with Unique features and innovations with cost effectiveness.

ï‚® Shall have thorough knowledge of manufacturing Processes, Product, Tools, Jigs & Fixture Design &

Development, Project Management, NPD / NPI Process, BOM generation, Product Costing.

ï‚® Shall have hands on experience on QMS ISO 9001 - 2015 / IATF along with DFMEAs, PPAPS etc.

ï‚® Should be well conversant with all latest Design Software and shall have hands on experience of the same.

ï‚® Shall be well conversant with all necessary Indian Standards, AIS (Automotive Industry Standards) and other

International Standards.

ï‚® Shall have thorough knowledge and hands on experience of Vehicle and Component Type Approval as per

AIS.

ï‚® Shall have thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Processes such as Welding, Painting, Assembly and

Press Shop operations.
